Digital Product Policy: Since our ebook and learning material are digital products delivered instantly upon payment, purchases cannot be cancelled once the download link or access has been shared with you.
Refund Eligibility: We offer a refund if you are unable to access your purchased material due to a technical issue on our end and our team is unable to resolve it within a reasonable time. Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of purchase.

Non-Refundable Situations: Refunds will not be provided if you have already downloaded and accessed the complete ebook, if the request is based on change of mind, or if the request is made after the 7-day window.
Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method through our payment partners, Razorpay or Cashfree, and may take 5-7 business days to reflect depending on your bank.
Order Cancellation: Since access is granted instantly after payment, orders cannot be cancelled once the payment is successfully completed.
